No, we don't charge any planning or membership fees*. This might change in the future, but for now, we don't. We cater to all travellers looking for personalised travel experiences. *Restrictions may apply for large groups or complex itineraries.
What sort of perks do you offer?

At The Retreat & Travel Co., our affiliations with Fora and Virtuoso allow us to leverage our global relationships with premier hotels and suppliers. You can expect exclusive perks, such as: • Complimentary breakfast • Early check-in / late check-out • Room upgrades • Welcome amenities (think drinks on arrival, a fruit basket, a welcome note, etc.) • Credit to spend at the hotel.
Do you work with all budgets?

While many of our clients and partners fall within the S-star category, we cater to a range of budgets. Please note that some VIP perks may not be available with select 3- or 4-star hotels.
Why book with you, if I can book it myself on Booking.com, Expedia or with the hotel directly?

We understand the joy of researching and planning your own travels. However, with our extensive network of luxury hotels and preferred partners, we ensure you'll receive VIP treatment. Will earn points if I book with you?

Absolutely, you'll still earn all your points with your preferred airline or hotel when booking through us. Unlike booking on sites like Booking.com or Expedia, our service ensures your loyalty benefits remain fully intact.
